1. Order Processing Time

All physical orders are processed within [1 to 3] business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Note: Digital products (such as eBooks and downloadable guides) are delivered instantly via email upon purchase completion and are not subject to physical shipping times.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

3. Important Notice: Global Events & Shipping Delays

At MagicTapz, we strive to get your educational resources to you as quickly as possible. However, due to the ongoing global conflicts and war, international logistics networks are currently experiencing unprecedented disruptions.
These events have led to rerouted flight paths, reduced cargo capacity, and stricter customs inspections in many regions. As a result, you may experience unexpected delays in the delivery of your physical orders, particularly for international shipments.
We kindly ask for your patience and understanding during these challenging times. We are actively monitoring the situation with our shipping partners and will do everything in our power to ensure your package arrives safely. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please reach out to our support team, and we will investigate the status of your shipment.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

MagicTapz is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, we will refund the cost of the product minus the original shipping charges and any return shipping fees incurred by us.

6. Damages and Lost Packages

MagicTapz is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If you need assistance with this process or if your package has been lost in transit for an unreasonable amount of time, please contact us at magictapzco@gmail.com so we can help find a resolution.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at magictapzco@gmail.com. If the order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to update the address.
